These terms set forth the conditions and procedures for using the "Your Path Through the I Ching" service (hereinafter "the Service").
Article 2 (Description of Service)
The Service provides divination based on the principles of the I Ching (Book of Changes). Users can generate hexagrams through coin tossing and view interpretations of the resulting hexagrams.
Article 3 (User Obligations)
Users shall not use the Service for fraudulent or illicit purposes.
Users shall not engage in activities that disrupt the normal operation of the Service.
Users shall not reproduce or distribute the Service's content without authorization.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The hexagram results and interpretations provided by the Service are reference information based on classical I Ching interpretation and do not substitute for professional consultation or advice.
The Service operator assumes no responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the Service's results.
Article 5 (Service Modifications and Interruptions)
The Service operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service if necessary for operational reasons. We will endeavor to provide advance notice, but may provide notice afterward if unavoidable circumstances arise.
Article 6 (Amendments to Terms)
These terms may be amended as needed, and amended terms take effect upon notice within the Service.
Article 7 (Payment and Yeopjeon)
Users may purchase yeopjeon through Credit Card (KG Inicis).
Due to the nature of digital content, the service is provided immediately after payment is completed.
This is a digital content service and does not involve physical shipping.
Yeopjeon are consumed when accessing paid content such as deep readings.
Yeopjeon are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused yeopjeon expire after this period.
This is a per-purchase (non-subscription) model.
Article 8 (Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund)
Cancellation, exchange, and refund criteria are governed by the Refund Policy page.
Cancellation availability and processing time may vary by payment provider and PG policy.
Refunds are only available to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Exchanges due to change of mind are generally not available for digital content.
If technical issues such as over-crediting or non-crediting are confirmed, we will process corrections or refunds according to policy.
