Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to yeopjeon purchases made via Credit Card (KG Inicis) in "Your Path Through the I Ching."

2. Service period

Due to the nature of digital content, the service is provided immediately after payment is completed.

Because this is a non-physical digital service, no shipping period applies.

3. Cancellation criteria

• Cancellation availability and processing time may vary by payment provider and PG policy.
• Cancellation/refund may be reviewed when there is no usage history after purchase.
• If any part has already been used, cancellation may be restricted.

4. Exchange and return criteria

• Exchanges due to change of mind are generally not available for digital content.
• Returns due to change of mind are generally not available once digital delivery has started.
• However, if technical issues (over-crediting/non-crediting) are confirmed, we process corrections according to policy.

5. Eligible refund cases

• Duplicate charge
• Payment completed but yeopjeon not delivered due to technical error
• Request made within 7 days of purchase and none of the purchased yeopjeon has been used

6. Non-refundable cases

• All or part of purchased yeopjeon has already been used
• Digital content has already been consumed through service usage
• Request is based only on change of mind after use
• Yeopjeon expired after the validity period (1 year from purchase)

7. Yeopjeon validity

Yeopjeon are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused yeopjeon are automatically expired after this period and are not eligible for refund.

8. Processing timeline

Refunds are only available to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Once approved, refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
